Community Benefits Statement

We greatly believe in giving back to the community and have set company goals for 2022. Some we believe to be more important than others. One of the most important ones to us is offering work based placements to adults with learning difficulties.

We feel we can offer them a safe and friendly working environment in which they can grow in confidence and learn new skills, both communicational and work based whilst earning money.

We are currently liaising with several Pembrokeshire based charities and also the Job Centre to ensure we follow the right procedures to do this.

We have always felt a responsibility to the local community as, 90% of our staff were born and reside in Pembrokeshire and see this as another important step in giving back to the local community.

We have contacted the local secondary schools to offer ourselves as a work experience placement for their educational purposes.

Other community benefits we are planning are providing funding through sponsorship to local sports teams so they can acquire kit and equipment needed.

Lastly, we are in the early stages of planning a charity event, based at our soon to be new business premises with the intention of raising funds for a local charity of one of our clients choosing.
